Job Description
- 1 year of experience in domain knowledge for HR and Projects is preferable.
- Knowledge of ERP is preferable.
- One or two industry domain knowledge is preferable.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Ready to work in the USA time zone.

- Contribution to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value-adding solutions to customers.
- Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas (Business Process Reengineering) and suggest technology solutions.

- Exposure to Human Resource Management and Project Management domains.
