We are seeking a highly motivated
Senior Executive – Human Resources (HR) to join our growing global team. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations, and thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment aligned with US business hours.
What you'll be doing
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source and attract top talent through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding processes and related documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and workforce development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and operational procedures.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee-related inquiries and support.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 4–6 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Proven experience in IT/Technology recruitment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS/ATS platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and global teams.
