What You’ll Do as a Systems Engineer Intern
- System and Application Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on systems and applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Customer Support: Respond to Customer Support tickets promptly, providing effective solutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Learning and Development: Demonstrate a curiosity to learn and apply knowledge in both Application and Systems Support.
- Collaboration: Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, contributing to the overall success of the IT Services department.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize good analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues that arise during maintenance and support activities.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Preferred
- Undergraduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and as a collaborative team member.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
