We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Consultant – Supply Chain to join our global ERP consulting team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to analyze business requirements, design and implement IFS Supply Chain solutions, and deliver successful ERP transformation projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and solution architects to optimize supply chain processes while ensuring successful project delivery and long-term customer success.


The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in IFS Supply Chain modules, excellent business process analysis skills, and hands-on experience delivering enterprise ERP implementations.

What you'll be doing


Business Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering

  • Conduct detailed business process analysis and needs assessments across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Warehouse operations.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Analyze gaps between existing business processes and IFS ERP capabilities.
  • Facilitate Value Realization workshops and recommend business process improvements.
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional ERP solutions.


Solution Design & Configuration

  • Design and configure IFS ERP solutions using IFS Cloud, IFS Applications 10, and IFS Applications 9.
  • Configure Supply Chain Management modules including Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management.
  • Utilize SQL for data analysis, reporting, and configuration support.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants on customizations, integrations, and system enhancements.
  • Work closely with Senior Principal Business Process Consultants and Solution Architects to ensure standardized solution delivery across global projects


ERP Implementation & Delivery

  • Participate in end-to-end ERP implementation projects using Atlassian JIRA and established project management methodologies.
  • Support functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution throughout implementation.
  • Validate data migration activities and ensure data accuracy.
  • Develop user guides, work instructions, reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure successful deployment and adoption of implemented solutions.


Training & Knowledge Transfer

  • Conduct onsite and remote user training sessions for IFS Supply Chain functionalities.
  • Observe business operations after implementation to ensure solutions are performing effectively.
  • Mentor end users and provide knowledge transfer to client teams.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation.


Post Go-Live Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide ongoing functional support for IFS ERP applications.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system performance.
  • Support continuous optimization initiatives for Supply Chain operations.


Project Management & Client Engagement

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for Supply Chain best practices.
  • Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Contribute to customer success through proactive consulting and solution recommendations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an ERP Consultant delivering large-scale IFS Supply Chain implementation projects.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with:
  • IFS Cloud
  • IFS Applications (any version)
  • Atlassian JIRA
  • SQL
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain business processes including Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into ERP solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IFS Manufacturing and IFS Maintenance modules.
  • Experience with IFS Warehouse Data Collection (Barcode Scanning).
  • Knowledge of Dell Boomi or similar integration platforms.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and business process optimization initiatives.
  • Exposure to global ERP implementation projects.
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and client-facing consulting skills.
