Responsibilities
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Recording and coordinating with the Finance team in relation to office expenses (Utility bills/payments)
- Drafting various documents and delivering mail
- Coordination with the HR team on any HR/insurance-related matters
- Liaise with legal entities, banks, and other related institutions
- Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Handling guests and clients
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a general admin/office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Qualifications in administrative studies will be an advantage
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
