Responsibilities
- Be involved in the entire recruitment and onboarding process for WIA Sri Lanka, USA, India, and other branches.
- Assist with Company policies, agreements, employee letters and documentation.
- Assist with maintaining employee benefit packages and liaise with service providers in Sri Lanka, USA, India, and other branches.
- Be involved in the company’s performance management cycle.
- Manage and maintain the petty cash expenses.
- Assist with the maintenance of employee records including Personal files.
- Be a part of organizing staff engagement and development events.
- Be involved in the company training and certification process.
- Assist with the entire resignation and offboarding process for WIA Sri Lanka, USA, India, and office branches.
- Assist with all other office related HR and Admin functionalities when required.
Requirements
- Should possess a degree or above qualification in HR and or Administration.
- At least 5 Years previous work experience as an HR / Administration Senior Executive or in the similar capacity.
- Ability to work as a global representative with foreign service providers.
- Proven working experience as an HR/Admin Senior Executive or AM.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent listening, & writing skills.
