Responsibilities and Duties
- Work on more than one engagement at a time. Manage small engagements or a portion of a large engagement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the project.
- Demonstrate creativity and thought leadership and use experience in substantiating the proposed solutions to the client.
- Maintain and expand client contact at high levels and build credible relationships with key client personnel.
- Analyze the customer’s business processes.
- Propose and design solutions in IFS that best fit the customer’s business requirements.
- Assist the customer in testing and validation solutions.
- Prepare business process procedures, test scenarios, and configuration/development documentation.
- Prepare user training materials and end-user documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years prior work experience in an IFS consulting capacity (in the Maintenance module)
- A degree in Industrial Engineering/ Chemical and Process Engineering/ Facilities Management or other relevant qualifications.
- Having exposure to the newest IFS Cloud versions.
- A general understanding of complementary modules of IFS would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in teams – interpersonal skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills
- IFS Certifications are a plus.
