Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent qualification
- Expertise in MS Office tools
- Fast learner and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work well in a team with good interpersonal skills
- Experience in similar job roles (Application Support or IT Support) will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- The role requires working 24/7 shifts on a roster basis
- Perform day-to-day routine and preventative maintenance
- Respond promptly and efficiently to Customers tickets
- Ability to work with clients and help troubleshoot the issues in the systems & Application
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to work with foreign clients
- Perform Delivery deployments in Application frontend and backend level
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Reporting and following up on the issue resolution within the SLA targets
