This position will be responsible for the IFS ERP Application and development related projects or initiatives.
Our client is a large defense manufacturing company that specializes in the technology industry. This will be a new implementation of IFS Apps 10 and they are currently building out their core IFS ERP team.
You Will:
- Review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies
- Maintain, improve, and troubleshoot enterprise applications
- Document system requirements, define scope and objectives, and create system specifications that drive system development and implementation
- Test code or configurations for usability and effectiveness
- Improve applications security, performance, user experience, and scalability
- Keep informed about new technology trends to incorporate any relevant application to existing systems
- Provide analysis and recommendations for data architectures and technologies
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodology
- Support other IT (Information Technology) projects and business systems as needed
In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned
You Bring:
- Required Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- IFS experience and technical knowledge
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with PL/SQL required
- Experience working with enterprise teams across the software development lifecycle
