A major facilities management provider in Wiltshire is currently hiring Technical Support analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line technical assistance mainly with core business application (IFS) on a largely remote basis. This position will play a key role supporting multiple individuals in ERP support team to effectively providing technical support on current and upcoming IFS upgrades that are applicable across multiple business functions.
Please see a summary of the role below:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of IFS ERP experience in Manufacturing or facilities management sectors.
- Ability to provide technical support on custom fields, custom fields and PL/SQL.
- Ability to provide technical solutions by facilitating requirement gathering sessions with the in-house functional team.
- Work with broader IT teams for upcoming IFS upgrades by leading the junior technical support teams based in the UK.
- Deal with external partners/ vendors to communicate technical requirements and facilitate support services.
