What you'll be doing


  • Demonstrate creativity and thought leadership and use experience in substantiating the Proposed Solution to the Client.
  • Maintain and expand client contact at high levels and build credible relationships with key client personnel.
  • Analyze Customer’s business processes.
  • Propose and Design Solutions in IFS that best fit the business requirements of the Customer.
  • Assist the Customer in testing and Validating Solutions.
  • Prepare business process procedures, test scenarios, Configuration development, and scoping documentation.
  • Prepare User Training Material and End User Documentation.
  • Work with necessary stakeholders to complete Project Assignments successfully.
  • Work on more than one project at a time.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 


  • Educational Background in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • 2+ years’ experience within Supply Chain processes in the industry and knowledge of working with business applications will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Problem-solving mindset, Creativity, Attention to Detail, Adaptable, Can Balance Multiple tasks & meet tight deadlines, Strong Customer Service Orientation, result-oriented, Ability to work in teams is a must.
