We are looking for a Marketing Executive to dive into the world of IT ERP marketing. From social media magic to event planning, you'll be part of it all. This role offers a well-rounded experience and a chance to make a difference in the world of ERP.
What you'll be doing
- Social Media: Responsible for managing and creating content for our social media platforms, helping to build and maintain our online presence.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute company events that involve organizing everything from small in-house gatherings to larger conferences, providing you with valuable experience in event management.
- Lead Generation: Assisting in identifying and qualifying potential business leads. This includes research, data analysis, and using CRM tools to help the sales and marketing teams.
- Employee Engagement Activities: Create and organize activities that boost employee morale and engagement, which involve team-building events, celebrations, and wellness programs.
- CSR Projects: Plan and coordinate corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects, working on initiatives that give back to the community, promote sustainability, or support social causes.
- University Collaborations: Fostering collaborations with universities and educational institutions, which includes organizing recruitment events, workshops, and internship programs, and building relationships that benefit both the company and students.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A Degree in Marketing / Management / CIM / SLIM.
- Familiarity with digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Preferred
- Should be based in Colombo.
- Friendly and Outgoing Personality / Go-Getter Attitude / Attention to Detail
