Our certified implementation team focuses on IFS ERP and employs agile project management methodologies for quality results.
The Lead Manufacturing Consultant Will Develop and Validate Manufacturing Solutions by studying and analyzing the customer requirements and Industry Best Practices; designing, developing, and Supporting IFS Manufacturing solutions; Support and Developing the Manufacturing team.
What you'll be doing
- Work on more than one engagement at a time. Manage small engagements or a portion of a large engagement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the project plan for a project. This includes mentoring and coaching team members and preparing and assisting in preparing individual work plans.
- Within the assigned projects, oversee all activities in the Asset and Service Management module, leading to the implementation of the requirements.
- Demonstrate creativity and thought leadership and use experience in substantiating the proposed solutions to the client.
- Maintain and expand client contact at high levels and build credible relationships with key client personnel.
- Analyze the customer’s business processes.
- Propose and design IFS solutions that best fit the customer’s business requirements.
- Assist the customer in testing and validation solutions.
- Prepare business process procedures, test scenarios, and configuration/development documentation.
- Prepare user training materials and end-user documentation.
- Conduct internal and external training.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Minimum of 5 years prior work experience in an IFS consulting capacity (in the IFS Maintenance module)
- A degree in Industrial Engineering/ Chemical and Process Engineering/ Facilities Management/ Facilities Management or any other relevant qualifications.
- Having exposure to the newest IFS Cloud versions.
- Ability to work in teams – interpersonal skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred:
- IFS Certifications are a plus.
- A general understanding of complementary modules of IFS
