What you'll be doing

• Designing, testing, and implementing networks, upgrades, and services to the organization and customer networks.
• Assist in troubleshooting the network to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Train new staff in the maintenance and management of the network infrastructure.
• Manage and improve company and customers’ LANs, WANs, VMs, virtual networks, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, hubs, switches, UPSs, and other devices.
• Suggest new technologies and design changes.
• Recommend improvements and alternatives to the company’s systems architecture and technology portfolio.
• To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with network issues.
• Knowledge retention actively participates in the documentation of technical procedures.
• Ensure all the KPIs are met through the following standard processes and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer Networking, Information Technology, BIT, BCS, or equivalent.
• Min 4+ years of Network administration experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Should have Cisco and other industry standard networking certifications.
• Experienced in Azure and AWS cloud services.
• Extensive experience in System Fault Tolerance, Networking Designing, Business Continuity, and Disaster recovery
• Candidates must possess a solid understanding of LAN and WAN concepts (including wireless LAN and Firewall).
• Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be able to deliver results under pressure.
  

• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other department staff, management, vendors, etc.
• Troubleshooting, resolving, and responding to infrastructure issues and problems, coordinating solutions with outside vendors, users, and information technology staff.
• Communicating and coordinating with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
• Working effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines, and adjusting to changing priorities.
