We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Developer to join our team at WIA Systems Inc. As a SharePoint Developer, you will play the role of designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions to enhance our company's collaboration and productivity. Your expertise will contribute to the effective utilization of SharePoint for various projects and internal business needs.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SharePoint solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom SharePoint solutions, including web parts, workflows, and applications, to meet business needs.
• Customize and enhance SharePoint sites, pages, and libraries to optimize user experience and functionality.
• Integrate SharePoint with other systems and tools, such as Microsoft Power Platform, third-party applications, and databases.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to SharePoint solutions, including design specifications and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing SharePoint solutions, identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
• Stay up to date with the latest SharePoint trends, best practices, and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure SharePoint environments are secure, stable, and well-maintained.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SharePoint functionalities and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies within the IT department.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer with a strong portfolio of successful SharePoint projects.
• Proficiency in SharePoint development, including creating custom web parts, workflows, lists, libraries, and other components.
• Solid understanding of SharePoint's architecture, object model, and REST APIs.
• Proficient in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and React.
• Ability to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces within SharePoint.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  

• Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint development.
