Training and Development Coordinator/Specialist should be instrumental in shaping the learning landscape of the company, ensuring that employees have the skills and knowledge needed to contribute effectively to the company's success.
What you'll be doing
- Efficiently manage customer training requests.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather specific training requirements.
- Finalize training logistics, including time, preparation, and cost calculations.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Create and maintain training and certification completion records.
- Support employees with registering for training and certification programs at various institutions.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the IT Industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and training tools.
Preferred:
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of industry trends and advancements in training and development.
- Effective organizational skills to manage multiple training initiatives.
