Today, WIA Systems formally launches its flexible work program, allowing employees to work remotely and at variable hours.
According to a recent survey carried out by the Smarter Working Initiative, 84% of employees in the technology industry have the option of flexible working. The technology industry largely considers flexible working a part of an employee’s health and well-being, where employees are given the ability to shift their hours or work remotely for better work-life balance. More companies are now implementing policies that provide employees with flexible work environments.
