We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Senior Infrastructure & Platform Engineer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and supporting enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and Microsoft Azure environments, ensuring secure, reliable, scalable, and highly available technology operations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise across enterprise networking, Azure cloud infrastructure, Windows Server, storage and backup, Microsoft 365, identity services, and hybrid environments. This individual will play a key role in infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, security, disaster recovery, automation, and continuous improvement while supporting the organization's evolving technology requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Network Engineering

• Design, configure, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and SD-WAN environments. 
• Manage routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and network appliances. 
• Administer Azure networking including Virtual Networks, Virtual WAN, VPN Gateway.
  
• ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, and Private Endpoints. 
• Implement and maintain Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA). 
• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity.

Azure Cloud Engineering

• Design and manage Azure infrastructure. 
• Deploy and maintain Azure Virtual Machines and Platform-as-a-Service resources. 
• Implement Azure Landing Zones and governance. 
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep preferred). 
• Optimize Azure performance and cost. 

Server Infrastructure

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments. 
• Manage Active Directory and Group Policy. 
• Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V. 
• Perform system upgrades and lifecycle management. 
• Ensure high availability of critical infrastructure. 

Storage & Backup

• Administer enterprise storage platforms. 
• Configure backup and recovery solutions. 
• Develop disaster recovery procedures. 
• Monitor backup success and perform recovery testing. 
• Maintain business continuity plans. 

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. 
• Manage licensing and tenant configuration. 
• Support collaboration technologies. 
• Configure security and compliance policies. 
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues. 

Identity Services

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory. 
• Manage synchronization using Entra Connect. 
• Configure Conditional Access and authentication policies. 
• Support identity lifecycle management. 
• Integrate cloud and on-premises identity services. 
  

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field (or equivalent experience). 
• 6-8+ years of infrastructure engineering experience. 
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking and Windows Server. 
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration. 
• Experience supporting hybrid environments. 
• Knowledge of virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, and enterprise networking. 

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert 
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) 
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700) 
• Cisco CCNP Enterprise 
• VMware VCP
